WILL REQUIRE INSPECTION BEFORE BEING POURED.

Planning fees are due at the time an application is requested, with additional fees pending on the review of said request. Building, Public Works, and Business Registration requests do not require payment until approved and alerted from the portal, prior to being issued.

To search for existing permits or business registrations click the "GO" button in the "My Portal" section above.  Use the search bar at the top of the page, or click the "Advanced search" option at the bottom.  The advanced search will allow you to locate specific permit or license types as well as provide additional criteria for your search.  A specific date or a range of dates can be provided by clicking in the "Submitted On", "Issued On", or "Finaled On" fields.
